After an order is picked up by a shipping courier its status will change to Shipped, it will leave our fulfillment facility and will be in possession of a courier company until it is delivered to your customer:
When an order status changes to Shipped your customer will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to an order-specific management page.
From that page one can track order progress, request and expedite returns. You can enable / disable this functionality in your account or by submitting a support request.
Orders with Shipped status cannot be modified or canceled.
