eWarehouse workflow implies several stages that the orders go through during fulfillment:
Status 'Placed' is assigned to new orders that were just imported to our system, you can call them New Orders. All new orders are verified by the eWarehouse staff before continuing to packaging and shipping stages. If an order was received before 4:30 pm EST (Eastern Standard Time) Monday to Friday it will be verified and fulfilled the same day. If for whatever reason you need to cancel a new order it can be done from your account before it has reached the 'Shipped' status.
