There are two main ways that you can notify us about your orders that need to be fulfilled:

  • Import your orders automatically via API from your sales channels (Amazon, eBay, Shopify, etc). This is a more efficient and the recommended way. You can connect your channels from within Your Account, just navigate to Channels section.
  • Input your orders manually. This is more of a backup option really. You can use it just for starters, to test our system or in-case the auto-import did not complete properly.

To create a new order manually you will need to provide a standard set of information needed for order fulfillment which includes shipping and billing information, product details, price in USD, quantity and tax information. Please use Order Note field for any additional information.

After you submit Create Order button it will be registered in the system and fulfilled shortly there after.
