Regardless of the reason an order can be canceled during the following stages:

• Placed - easy to modify or cancel
• Verified - acceptable to modify or cancel
• Packed and labeled - modification and / or cancelation is possible but not guaranteed.

Once an order status changes to 'Shipped' it can no longer be modified or canceled.
